These terms govern your use of UltimateNote (“Notes & Tasks”, “the service”): the Android and Windows apps, the website at ultimatenote.ysalk.com, the Google Meet browser extension and the API. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
UltimateNote is a personal productivity tool: daily task lists, custom lists, notes, projects, reminders, voice notes with transcription, AI-assisted task extraction, calendar sync and sharing with other users. Features may change, be added or be removed over time. The service is provided as is, and we do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
2. Your account
- You need an account (username and password, or Google Sign-In). Keep your credentials and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- One person per account; do not impersonate others or use someone else’s e-mail address to receive invitations.
3. Your content
Everything you create in the service (tasks, notes, recordings, files, transcripts) stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, sync it between your devices, process it with the features you use (for example sending audio for transcription) and show it to people you choose to share with. You are responsible for having the right to store and share what you upload — including making sure participants agree before you record a meeting.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- store or share content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or is harmful or abusive;
- attempt to access other users’ data, probe or overload the service, or circumvent access controls;
- send unsolicited invitations or use the API/extension for spam or automated abuse.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
5. Sharing
When you share a list or project you decide who can see or edit it and can revoke access at any time. Content others share with you remains theirs; the owner may withdraw it. The activity feed records who made changes to shared items.
6. Third-party services
Transcription, text-to-speech, AI extraction, Google Sign-In and Google Calendar are provided through third parties (ElevenLabs, DeepSeek, Google). Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and their use is subject to their own terms. Google Calendar sync requires your explicit consent and can be disconnected at any time.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by e-mailing altkamulaltiqani@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or if the service is discontinued; in the latter case we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data (lists and notes can be exported from the apps).
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months (currently nothing — the service is free).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
